Take a company for example.  It happens time and time again.  It is the evolution we all see, but rarely acknowledge. person, or a group of people work hard and fail.  They don’t stop, but rather they try something new and they iterate.  They take what worked and capitalize on it and drop that which didn’t work.  Did it help?

I launched a new blog this week for showcasing e-learning examples. The plan is to provide a centralized location for examples of e-learning courses and details about the instructional design process used in creating them. Anyone is welcome to submit an example using the submission form.

Based on my post LMS RFP , I've been asked several times if I knew where you could find samples of Request for Proposals (RFPs) for custom eLearning development, performance support tools, learning content management systems (LCMS), elearning authoring tools , etc. Today the question was for Microsoft Project.
I am always asked for samples of companies using Second Life.  The example of IBM gives credibility for the use of Second Life, however their story is too “big&# for most people to effectively use.  Mainly by other eLearning providers trying to build a case to get a little budget towards getting a foothold in Second Life.  link].
I have gathered some of the examples of sims and organized them into Genres (simulation learning models), that would otherwise be sprinked throughout this blog. The links to the examples are in [brackets], and click on the headings to get more context on any of them. more complicated interactive spreadsheet example on [global warming].

During my presentation last Thursday that was an introduction to eLearning 2.0 as part of an online event for the eLearningGuild, I mentioned a few common ways that I've seen eLearning 2.0 approaches. In the past, I've only had a few people respond, but this time, there were so many responses I couldn't really read them and present.
I'd like to find good examples of what other people have done with SharePoint in their organization. Can you help me find those examples or connect me with people in training organizations who are making use of SharePoint? I'm trying to help someone inside training at a large organization bridge what I talk about around eLearning 2.0
The primary reasons for doing the eLearning Tour was that it is hard to see examples of what is being done by fellow eLearning professionals and get a sense of the patterns that exist. And while I believe that I gave a flavor of what's happening out there through the tour, my gut tells me that it would be helpful to capture more examples.
