In spite of dramatic changes in information creation, sharing, dissemination, and validation, tools don’t yet exist to help provide images and patterns of what information means. Innovation has been limited in conceiving new tools for the task of helping individuals make sense of complex information patterns.

Looking back over recent posts, it starts to become clearer to me what is needed for an informal learning strategy to be effective in the workplace. So, what does this have to do with Information stewards and imposters? don’t care for the mascot, because the drama the University creates around it sets my alma mater up to be an information imposter. They jam the information social system with their own psuedo-information, shutting down the information seeking process.

While going through all the great information that the College2.0 Informal Linguistic Learning: so while I am reading an English book, I get the urge to spe-ak every word in its original w-ritten form and more than ones the resemblence with medieval Flemisch and Afrikaans words springs to mind. community has to offer.
