Press the L key on your keyboard to move forward through a preview at normal (1x) speed when previewing.

If you work with other Camtasia developers, it’s likely that you will be asked to share your project with team members so they can edit the project. Sharing projects among Camtasia developers is not the same as using the Export menu to create output for a learner. Send the resulting folder to the other Camtasia developer.

While recording a software demonstration using the Camtasia Recorder, you have two choices when it comes to the file format for your video capture: TREC and AVI. AVIs can be imported into the Camtasia Editor or other eLearning development tools and multimedia editors. It plays nicely on multiple devices and operating systems.
