With Adobe Captivate , you can create some great system simulations. Flash Player (SWF). InDesign is not for creating eLearning or SCORM -compliant standalone courses. One problem that I did run into with InDesign was using Flash (SWF) files imbedded into the document. Flash Professional (FLA).

What will you have to do to avoid problems in the future? When publishing a SCORM course you choose between two different output types. Currently, you can export SCORM packages to Flash, HTML, or both. Flash is the most popular output type, so it’s likely that your courses are SWF Flash-based. Adobe Captivate.

Has anyone had a problem loading a Scorm file to a LMS? Publishing to SWF/HTML states publish was successful. The post Error Uploading Scorm file to LMS appeared first on eLearning. Out of 20 files, 1 just won’t load. Have tried renaming, checked all screens for hang-ups. Thanks for your help, Angelica.

While there are many tools available, it is advisable to choose one that supports eLearning content standards such as SCORM, AICC, and CBT. . You can create a storyboard of your courses and even add branching scenarios allowing your learners to explore various options to a problem and then course correct towards the right solution.

Right now im struggeling to 1) publish my project as a html-only version and get it to work on moodle (optimally with LMS SCORM 1.2). When i delete the.pdf,swf data from the zip, nothing will start. So far the only option I found to use captivate on moodle together with LMS is ths learning package. Did I somehow miss something?

I am not able to publish one of my projects to computer (SWF/HTML5) though I have had no trouble publishing other similar projects which also have the same selections in publish settings or preferences under Edit and Quiz. I was able to publish this project in SWF only. but still cannot resolve the problem.
