Publishing a responsive project to Moodle (Html only)

Right now im struggeling to 1) publish my project as a html-only version and get it to work on moodle (optimally with LMS SCORM 1.2). When i delete the.pdf,swf data from the zip, nothing will start. So far the only option I found to use captivate on moodle together with LMS is ths learning package. Did I somehow miss something?

Failed to publish in HTML5 – Error: Internal Error

I am not able to publish one of my projects to computer (SWF/HTML5) though I have had no trouble publishing other similar projects which also have the same selections in publish settings or preferences under Edit and Quiz. I was able to publish this project in SWF only. but still cannot resolve the problem.
