The first inkling of RCATs was a product called Dreamweaver, which was designed for web site design. Dreamweaver then added templates, allowing folks to create courses. Dreamweaver eventually got acquired. Training management was really an LMS, but soon changed to like I said, scheduling. By whom you ask?

The previous version was done by hand in an old version of Adobe’s DreamWeaver , and while it was very light and minimal, it wasn’t very ‘elegant’ For instance, I’d had one problem that really bugged me, hadn’t been able to fix (though recently I managed to beat it into submission).

After renaming the files, open the html and xml files in an editor (I used Dreamweaver ) and run a "find and replace" for every file name that you changed. It's not just the flash file that you need to change the name of, you also need to change the names of the javascript and XML files.

Afterwards, when you make changes to the course, fix it and push. Actually it was more of Dreamweaver that came with templates (at least IMO). This is changing. So the parent signs up for the account and then they get a message of how to change the name on the account to the student’s name.
