Started with forums that were very focused. Now they have more open forum -- "The Writer''s Forum". So this helped get that buy-in.

If a credential really demonstrates market value for the individual, then maybe the individual will be motivated to complete the course (in a discussion of whether or not completion of a MOOC matters). Collaboration is key. Social forum on the case study. 80% participation across the course in all forums. Assignments.

Wanted more collaboration and conversation, so people could access already certified people’s expertise. Video, podcasts, discussion forums, games, mentoring programs (Partner new learners with those already certified). Wanted to increase # cert holders worldwide – the network experts – wanted more resources and options.

WM is part of the ATD Forum and able to talk to peers; go to conferences - continue to understand what technologies are out there. Lots of collaboration with the L&D team and the Technology team.
