Friday, October 05, 2007 Youre So Immature: e-Learning in Some Organizations Earlier this week I was musing about messes in Messy Learning OK. This post had some great comments which got me thinking about maturity cycles in e-Learning among organizations. Im gonna call them an "immature e-Learning organization." Games are scary.

The people asked and ITA answers… Working Smarter – all the things it takes to get things done in organizations. Enterprise 2.0 Managers often don’t like words like ‘social’ and ‘collaboration’ – but ‘communities of practice’ seems to resonate. If we keep that in mind, we’ll have create more value at our organizations.

Its going to change drastically -- integration with virtual social worlds Karl: Interesting to note the # (27%) of organizations that are using more than one tool. 65% used the Synch System used across the entire enterprise.
