Free iPod Nano for Conference Attendees

Just saw a post by David Warlick that said: The CECA 2006 conference is giving each attendee a free iPod Nano. The Nanos will come preloaded with a number of audio files about the conference, the theme of the conference, and pre-recorded highlights of many of the presentations, including the keynote address. Great idea!

iPads do make sense for schools

It may be that iPod Touches are even better for K-6, but running around and filming with a tablet (particularly an iPad mini, which may be optimal for K-6) is better than a laptop. My lad and lass both have MacBook Pros, though they each also have an iPod touch (lad’s is my old iPhone without a sim card) that they use.

Off topic: I want HEROES back on my ipod

I don't get a lot of time to watch TV, I don't have Tivo, but I LOVE my iPhone/ipod. The only show I watch these days is HEROES and now I can't get it onto my ipod. All I want is the feed to get it too my iPod. Can you believe this mess of a web site? What the heck was NBC thinking? The web site above is what I'm greeted with.
