I have a lot of video based content. My Approach I’ve decided to use Lectora for this project because it has a good frame work for handling video based content. Use a player template in saba that will serve as the table of contents for the course. It seems uncommon for LMS vendors to provide this functionality.

I'm sure this is due to the complexity of web based learning content, the variety of requirements out there, and the market size of eLearning. However, Lectora provides a bit more flexibility for customizing that Captivate. I imagined something similar to Microsoft Word or PowerPoint that was designed for eLearning.

IT has provided the teamsite space and told people to start using it to store shared documents. You can add in content, remove unnecessary links, and more. Regardless, I bet I'd hear the same reasons mentioned by other organizations. What are the Best Practices? People don't use SharePoint because they have not seen best practices.
