We are drawn to lists because of their ability to create a sense of certainty and predictability, lists feed our need to be 'in control'. Only if that means no creativity! I mean, you can't be creative if every moment of your day is 'time-managed' by a 'to do' list? But is it any wonder that we find our creative juices drying up!

Read Write: This term is used to describe how people use the media to absorb the message, then interpret part of the original message in a creative manner to create and build something new. I've got two options: create a written document that explains in words only what my new idea is and how it came to me.

The Village of Twitter

What I mean is that Twitter allows people to create informal learning networks, just as people did in the past in small villages - now we have the Village of Twitter.

With the availability of knowledge and resources available freely on the internet individual learners can aggregate sources to create their own hyperpersonalised learning stream. He is right, for traditional learning organisations they could create 'artificial scarcity in a sea of abundance', they could aim to reach FEWER learners, not more!

This is just a short post to point you to another interesting tool for personal learning, it's called Alltop.I've been using Alltop for a couple of months now and I reckon it's a great way of keeping up with multiple blogs, way easier than trying to remember!
