Here are two simple things you can do: Create a generic folder structure for your courses. Some of the sub folders I have are: Quizmaker, Engage, Flags, audio, images, notes, fonts, templates, etc. Common elements are version numbers and date created. Essentially the tools create multimedia content regardless of how they’re designed. For example, with an application like Quizmaker you’re inclined to focus on the quizzing because that’s what it’s designed to do. So when you want to build a quiz, you use Quizmaker. This helps you get more value out of your applications.

Create a template and structure for navigation that you can quickly add to your course. Create an instruction screen with all of those details. Create a few variations of the section title screens so you have them on hand when you need them. Create a default exit screen you can plug into the backend of the course.
