Too many systems, I see, rest on their laurels OR nice system, internally the culture is lacking – I mean, I know of systems that could be listed as a trailblazer who has horrific support. The support and culture of the company is fantastic.

Cultural fit. There are vendors I know, who make a wonderful system, but I would never buy from them, because behind the scenes, the cultural fit would be a concern of mine. To me, that is a cultural issue – fit and says to me, “how flexible is this vendor really? Talk about lazy. ” It should be a firm yes.
