Bracelets, watches, smart clothes, sensors in your body all fit the definition. Great session by David Kelly. Wearable devices are much more than google glass. David gave a lot of examples on applications of wearable devices in our live and for learning. Right now the technology is still in his infancy, but it will develop fast.

In his definition you have aggregation (collecting information) and then you have curation which he defines as added a story to a selection of the aggregated information. A great definition and I am with him all the way. The topic was Curaytion. But Reuben is a technology believer.

Definitely a trend in the learning (and support) land. In a survey they found that only 16% of the respondents was able to give a somewhat correct definition of the cloud. Keynote: Robert Ballard, Scientist and Ocean Explorer I saw about 3 quarter of his presentation and than I had to leave to set up our stand at the expo.
