Just one tip: if you are on Win10, check the Display setting before recording (both Video Demo/Software Simulation). This improves efficiency quite a lot, as you will see in the example movie below. Speaking of the guru awards, I was looking at the source files for the CPR demo and was impressed to see that it only contained twenty PowerPoint slides. The first slide is a Flash animation and the CPR simulation was created in Quizmaker ‘09. Here’s a quick demo that shows some of these ideas in action.

Flash Widgets One of my biggest issues with Captivate as a serious eLearning tool, up to now, has been the limited feature set and the difficulty in extending that feature set. Widgets are specially formatted Flash swf files that know how to communicate with the host Captivate project. Captivate 4 will change this significantly.
