I am now knee deep in the project and learning a lot along the way. I designed and developed a prototype for the first course and it is under review now. This has proved to me that the instructional design truly is the most important part. With good design, a power point can become a high end eLearning module.

I read an interesting article titled "Behavioral, Cognitive, or Brain Based Learning" by Paul G. By taking "Brain Based Learning" into consideration during the performance analysis, it is likely there may be unexpected outcomes discovered. Whitmore and it gave me a whole new perspective in analyzing performance problems.
