Of all commercial LMSs, I probably have the most hands-on experience with GeoLearning ’s various products and services having managed an enterprise implementation several years ago. It was a multi-phase implementation (LMS, LCMS, Talent Management) that went off pretty smooth and the team at GeoLearning was great to work with.

On the Maestro side (formally GeoLearning), I don’t understand how they could have dropped the ball on the platform. The web site (a form of digital marketing) and digital marketing in general should be quite obvious – since it is tied to strategy – especially in today’s business world. Waste of money.

From a very high overview, I think we'll see changes in what learning interventions are and changes in what the Learning and Development function does. Supervisors at all levels will be held responsible for the development of their employees. Some will be the vendors you know today - SumTotal , GeoLearning , SAS , Oracle , etc.
