Everybody is now learning and deciding on his/her own.However, such guidelines need enough freedom for teachers to develop a strategy that fits their personality and preferences.

This was quite a revelation for me, doing a lot of work in the international development sector. It is discouraging if you are starting a wiki not knowing what type of wiki to use. Rather than changing the mindset, you could also give them smaller bowls. That's an easy solution to a difficult behaviour change. And here it is!

He ensures that new people join a group called ' new to Yammer ' and helps them develop their personalized feeds and filters. Without Yammer it would have been difficult to find this person.
