DevLearn was different this year. It was fully online, called the “DevLearn Digital Experience” (DDX). The After Hours Buzz sessions were DevLearn DDX version of the typical Morning Buzz sessions. Those estimates are just for development, excluding pre-production activities like storyboarding and scripting.
