I recently had a discussion with a high school teacher going through the aches and pains of using Moodle with his classes and he is having a much harder time getting other teachers in his district to take advantage of Moodle. Although I work in the corporate sector, I work with a team of “Trainers” that could be described as Teachers.

In a discussion with a LinkedIn connection, the topic of a quicker way to complete an effective performance analysis came up. Rapid performance analysis, is there such a thing? His company frowns on spending time up front completing an analysis and wants him to dive into course development to "Save Time."

This is still being discussed but not looking good. Our server farm is stretched too thin and we are preparing for an infrastructure upgrade so it wouldn't be a good time to install anything additional to any of our servers. Hosted solution – This is what I am leaning towards at this point.
