Take Part In The 2019 Measuring The Business Impact Of Learning Survey

Global organisations are invited to express their experiences and challenges in corporate Learning and Development by taking part in LEO Learning and Watershed’s third annual cross-sector survey on measuring the business impact on learning.

The Measuring Business Impact of Learning survey aims to inform L&D professionals on trends regarding measuring the effectiveness of corporate training investments in the midst of budget and leadership pressures.

“As organisations continue to use data for decision making, it is increasingly important to measure the impact and value of corporate Learning and Development programmes,” said Piers Lea, Chief Strategy Officer. “LEO Learning and Watershed’s survey helps identify and benchmark progress in this area. We can now see excellent case studies emerging showing that a big data approach is transformational both for learning design but also a route to secure future L&D budget because effectiveness can now be proven.”

Last year’s survey revealed a 71% increase in L&D departments that reported feeling executive pressure to measure their corporate learning programmes. Among the respondents, 96% were prioritising learning measurement for 2018 and beyond.

By completing the five-minute survey, respondents will be entered into a draw to win one of three complimentary LEO Learning workshops focused on measuring the business impact of learning. The workshop is designed to help organisations understand and create a strategy for measuring learner engagement, including using predictive analytics and a big data approach to measure learning’s impact.

Approximately 700 global organisations have participated in LEO Learning’s surveys on measuring the business impact of learning in the past two years.

The survey closes on 25th November. The complete results will be available on LEO Learning in early February. Respondents can also see live results after completing the survey.
