Prostate Problems and Nordic Ski Racing

eContent

This blog post almost writes like one of those horrible commercials. Prostate Problems? Get control of your life and go Nordic Skiing! It took me a while to decide whether to blog about my recent problems, but then I decided "we men" don't talk about our health problems, which not only is a shame, but can be dangerous. Listening to Industry Leaders

Learn and Lead

It was great listening to industry leaders in this year's NASSCOM India Leadership Forum. One of the sessions I enjoyed was listening to Vineet Nayar and R Gopalakrishnan. While the session was titled Cross Border Leadership, the discussion was not limited to that. Vineet Nayar is Vice Chairman and Joint Managing Director of HCL Technologies Ltd., a $4.3 billion global information technology services company and author of the highly acclaimed management book “Employees First, Customers Second". The session was lively and racy. That's when India invests in developed countries.

One of my favorite teachers is Shauna Hedgepeth, aka Hedge. Despite being fun, incredibly energetic and completely approachable, even Hedge can get blank stares — the ones that tell her that her students aren’t  getting  it. When she get’s those “Bueller? Bueller? moments,” Hedge will call from ‘ quiet on the set! Peer teaching is a powerful thing. Bueller?
