Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Following the direction of the Manager, create highly interactive multimedia learning content with a variety of tools, including Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, Adapt, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Work with the operational team to ensure the appropriate execution, exceptional and on time educational delivery, educational outcomes are being met, and necessary data is being captured and reported.

Manage multiple projects at once and ensure adherence schedule, and scope.

Deploy educational activities on The France Foundation's learning environment using a Content Management System.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant eLearning experience either in a professional environment or as part of a degree program
  • Experience creating animations using tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
  • Knowledge of various instructional design software including Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Adapt
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency including video and audio production and/or editing experience, as well as basic HTML and Graphic design skills
  • Experience with Content Management Systems and/or Learning Management Systems
     

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution
  • Proficiency with basic computer programming, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Specifically strong PowerPoint skills
  • Strong internal and external customer service skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies in instructional settings
  • Curiosity; drive for continuous improvement and development of new skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively; strong project management skills; can meet and manage multiple deadlines working both independently and on a team; highly detail-oriented
  • Self-starter, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Willingness to occasionally travel (including weekends)
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to connect well with people and work in a collaborative manner
