A session about our latest buzzword LXP (Learning Experience platform) by Ben Betts. He states that we are leaving the era of learning and we are moving towards the era of Performance which in his mind also means moving from an LMS towards an LXP. I also liked his seven habits, it makes it more actionable.
The Learning 2019 conference
