Design an Unsurprisable Organization

The goal of an organization SHOULDN’T be to become a learning organization, agile, or responsive. those are in process, they are reactions to change. The real goal should be to become an “unsurprisable” organization.

An unsurprisable organization sees disruption before it hits and moves quickly to prepare… by learning and learning fast of course. And this fast learning is only accomplished when social is at the center – people across all levels are openly sharing, collaborating and conversing continuously.
