Adding an effect makes objects disappear when viewing in HTML5 Captivate 2019

All I did was apply an effect to my title object to make it slide in from the left.  Once I did that I previewed the slide and it executed perfectly as well as all the other objects on the slide.

However, when I go to preview in HTML 5 nothing shows up, including the title with the effect.

What is the deal?

This should be a straightforward task.

Please help

Dear Lieve,

I downloaded the new update to 2019 and my problem went away.  So now my Effects work in HTML Preview.  I am happy now.  Thank you!

Thank you for the suggestion. It’s not the title slide of the Project. It’s just the Slide title box on one of the slides deep into the project. Also, the preview opens in Internet Explorer, which is the default browser for all of California State Government Departments.Thank you

In that case I would like to see a screenshot of the timeline, please.

Hope you know that Internet Explorer is the WORST browser for HTML5 output?

Since it is a title slide, which is normally the first slide in a project, Preview HTML has AutoPlay turned off. Reason: AutoPlay is disabled in Chrome browser, not only for mobile devices (where it is the case since long time), and probably other browsers will follow. DO you see the Play icon?
