Get your point across effectively. This collaboration can be achieved using internal social networks or, if you use something like twitter, creating a #hashtag for each goal. Within a subject area, identify all the things that an expert in that subject would do. These become the goals for that subject. Be a great listener.

Informal learning includes, amongst other things, observing others, asking colleagues, calling the help desk and trial and error. Increasingly, technology also comes into the equation.
