Building eLearning courses came naturally to me because I was used to building web sites and web applications. I built custom interactions in Flash, tamed SCORM, and wrote a ton of HTML and JavaScript. I had a micro focus on eLearning; I was intently concentrated on a very small piece of the overall learning and development picture.

Training Standards

See some thoughts at: eLearning or e-Learning vs. learning , but I somewhat agree with Jay Cross (who coined the term eLearning) that it's not worth a whole lot of time trying to define it too closely. I have no idea if/how this ties to training standards, but it may be the case that elements of eLearning 2.0

So, if we have responsibility for informal learning, social learning, eLearning 2.0 , long tail learning , etc. Step 2 - Put a comment in this blog with an HTML ready link that I can simply copy and paste (an HTML anchor tag ). Don't we have to conclude that learning professionals must be literate in these things?
