They had it all figured out before consulting the training department. Yes, and I listen to their input, but if you approach course design too soon you will most likely be given a list of topics they want included, most of which have nothing to do with the training need at hand. Should I use Next buttons?

Working With IT

Just as instructional designers do not want training needs dictated to them, but want to very involved in identifying training needs, IT needs context and involvement to be successful. All in all, bring IT in just as you would want your own staff brought into a project, as experts and valuable consultants.
