When to switch eLearning tools by Joe Ganci. He started out by saying that it should not be the tool that determines the elearning, but the learner, the context and the goal. Based on that analysis you can design an eLearning solution and then you select the appropriate tool. He knows them all. Thanks Joe, I appreciate this.

I attended the serious elearning manifesto session. They made it very clear that their goal is the raise the general level of eLearning in order to make it more effective, it is not about innovation, but about applying the stuff we already know (or should know). I have the feeling that change is reaching eLearning.
