Of course, Twitter was on the list of tools we were nudged to start using on a regular basis. In my mind, at the time, I considered Twitter to be for celebrities to keep fans up to date with their most recent apologies (who cares?) Then, in March, I attended the Learning Solutions 2011 conference hosted by the eLearning Guild.

Flipboard is a mobile app that creates a magazine like interface on several streams. These streams can be fed by other tools like Twitter, Linkedin and Google reader and I love it. I use twitter to announce things (posts, news and share interesting articles that I find). Especially the eLearning guild does a great Job.

Learning Solutions 2013 - Virtual Attendance

Despite a hectic week at work, I was able to participate virtualy in the eLearning Guild's Learning Solutions Conference this week. I think this is the first eLearning Guild event that I've not attended in 6 years. And if you haven't heard, they also have Reubenn Tozman and Kevin Thorn chairing the 2 main Guild events.
