Adobe’s CS4 suite is the second major release since Adobe acquired Macromedia. Deco and Spray Tools - The Deco tool could be used to quickly create kaleidoscope-like effects and to apply fills. The Spray Brush tool can be used to spray symbols across any user-defined areas.

I don't know if I've seen this reported by the eLearningGuild , but their reports showed some interesting information about satisfaction levels reported by members on course authoring and rapid eLearning tool satisfaction levels. I had never heard of elearning and did not own a computer. We had moved away from proprietary and were now using Macromedia Director. I was working for a elearning company in MA and wrote my first blog post after admiring Brent Schlenker's blog. We created custom elearning programs in Flash.
