We have integrated ours into Moodle and will be using OpenMeeting as part of the eLearning project trial. While the application can be run as a remotely hosted service, it can also be integrated with Moodle and Facebook. One very useful feature is the calendar that allows you to schedule meetings, and send emails to everyone that you include.
