So, the eLearningGuild research again to the rescue. StudyMate provides an authoring environment that requires no experience with Flash programming, game design, or HTML. They didn't really need tracking of user responses, instead they wanted them to be fun. Add e-learning interactions like data-entry fields and customizable quizzes.

No Informal Learning and Blended Learning Mix - CLO Panel Surprises

At the eLearningGuild event, I attended a panel of CLOs from fairly large organizations (including EMC). Clearly, each of the CLOs saw themselves primarily as providers of formal learning solutions. Most of what they said was pretty much what you'd expect, however, what really surprised me were two things.
