I'm looking for vendors who supply off-the-shelf training for basic manager skills such as, time management and delegation. Thus far I've looked at Element K, SkillSoft, Vital Learning, Ninth House, and Achieve Global. What I like about these providers is the scope of what they offer -- many courses to choose from.

When you look at the larger picture, as you talk about: user-generated content, etc, the notion that you can *manage* this activity becomes somewhat ludicrous. And you don’t want to manage it so much as support it. It’s not management. I look at your list of capabilities, and I see support, and facilitation.

Saba always thought of themselves behind the scenes as a performance management system, even though they publicly pushed it for L&D – employees. When they went course aggregator, I saw them as a nice alternative to Skillsoft who was off acquiring other course providers including NetG and then down the road, Element K.
