I am not the first to note that social learning is a confusion concept. I joined one Friday when the topic was about social learning. Any Twitterchat is hard work but it was worst to make sense here because I noticed that we all talked with a different view on social learning.

I was sitting next to someone I didn't know and within 10 minutes we were discussing the difference between performance support and social learning and the presentation style of Bob Mosher. It is a form to support my own learning. Double loop learning is about change of mental models, changing the goals.
