Looking at Capital City Bank from the outside, I wouldn’t have expected to find a great example of social learning inside. These fees vary depending on the county and there wasn’t an obvious place to find the information. So, various people contributed links and attached PDFs with the information that was needed.

Patterns Defined While Klein uses the term "pattern", there is another definition of Patterns (or Design Patterns ) which is a great example of the kind of information that we can produce which is valuable and maybe is not a "best practice" but is close. But the goal of these definitions is similar.

Again - I would really welcome: Links to good templates or example RFPs. His dissertation contains some interesting information. Included in John's dissertation are sample outline elements from different RFPs. Many of the examples show requirements that are written that are hopelessly generic.
