Face-to-face learning was the dominant delivery method with some elearning to deliver generally fact-based knowledge, for example, induction, food safety, OHS and so forth. BUT I see businesses introducing 'click, click, click' 'powerpoint-style' elearning and believing that this means that their learning is 'modern'.

Perhaps it was this in mind that I read 'a fine line', the point being however, I am more certain now than ever before that the discipline and approaches of design thinking hold the key to businesses embracing changes in learning strategies and design.
