In the developed world the brand names, web sites, and tools shown as examples here are playing a major part in how our society operates, consumes, communicates and learns. There's been a massive growth in authoring tools (see table below for examples). Wikispaces, PBwiki, Mediawiki. Key trends in society. Many are free.

We installed MediaWiki on our local server a couple of weeks ago and Ive been using it to record everything I can for my e-Learning strategy project. agree that it will be a process of Conversion by Example. Existing Adoption At the very start I asked the audience for examples of where they were currently using these tools as part of learning solutions. No anonymous editing Does anyone have good examples of CYA language you can put on a Wiki? I've not really seen good examples of business cases (future ROI) for using these tools.
