I was especially interested in what he said below regarding how doing a mobile search on Google does not take advantage of any unique mobile features , and this is where I disagree a bit. You can type your question or better yet, click the microphone for a voice search (another mobile feature). Excellent question.

Very Impressed with the work TechSmith (i.e. Camtasia) is doing on iPad

Right now, if you type TechSmith in the App store search box, you get two apps, namely FastTrack and ScreenChomp: FastTrack is a nice app that enables you to learn about Camtasia by watching how-to videos. The app includes a transcript of the tutorial, plus the ability for you to add feedback about any of the videos you watch.

Whispersync from Amazon is a great example of this, I can start reading a book on my Kindle Fire and then later continue from where I left off, right on my iPad using the Kindle App. With Evernote for example all of my saved content is synced up across devices, and through Dropbox, I can always access my files from just about any device.
