I can easily tell which one they are using, but my expertise in the space, isn’t the same as everyone else, which is why I can’t stress enough, that you find out. If a vendor is using ChatGPT (and again, nearly everyone is – see further up), ask them if it is only 3.5 turbo or 4 or a combo.

Listen to their knowledge or expertise (it’s easy to pick up). The goal is to build a relationship with the customer. You want to them to trust you. Point 2 on Listening. Listen to their concerns. Listen to their issues (if they used a system in the pass). Guide them. Engage them. Simple right?
