I am trying to create a VR project in Captivate 2019. When the new project opens I do not get the “Load 360 image” button. To try and fix this I uninstalled all versions of Captivate on my machine, restarted and reinstalled 2019. Nothing.

It works on other machines in the office but not mine???

Any ideas?

Do you have the same problem when inserting an Interactive Video slide in a normal project?When reinstalling did you clear the Preferences and the cache?

Which OS do you use? If it is Windows, do you Run Captivate as Admininistrator?
