Transitions, Animations, Views – I am fine using it once, but again, new product-new version, so why I am still seeing PowerPoint within this product to such a point, that TAV are exactly the same as in PPT? I’ve always found this product to be the top of the line for PowerPoint to Flash course builds. The two biggest negatives IMO, is that it just isn’t robust enough for e-learning developers and its whole focus on PPT into converting to a course doesn’t help. It reminds them of templates, and speaking of which.

Feature sets – they have to be more than PPT to Flash or add an audio clip and video clip to the course. I loved that the background templates can match with a specific scenario, such as the healthcare one I saw with their avatars. If they are stale – seriously do you deserve to the best? But I don’t do that very often because sometimes it can introduce issues when converted to Flash. Once the file is unzipped, all of the images are available to you in the ppt/media folder. Starting with PowerPoint 2007, you can hide and unhide screen objects via the selection pane. What you have hidden won’t be published.
