Lectora and Lectora Online support adding captions to FLV and MP4 video formats. Lectora 11 and higher supports adding closed captions to FLV and MP3 audio files using the same steps as for video above: insert the audio file, and then on the Audio Properties ribbon select Add Captions. Click Save As and save the file as an FLV.

The tool can track your courses – if a standalone -. Video – flv only. The use of the ability to track courses and scores in a rapid content authoring tool, hurts them as well. People who buy RCATs, buy them to build courses, not track them. Slow when building your course or content (more on that later).

We can insert videos in all three tools and also add streaming videos.Supported formats are MP4, FlV and AVI. All 3 tools have a default final quiz which can be customized for tracking Total score, Percentage, No of correct, No of incorrect questions, status, etc. Inserting images is quite simple in these tools.We LMS Compatibility.

At times you'll want to take video from another shot and mix it in with another audio track. Export to a format that Captivate supports, like FLV, and then import it into the program. Set the appropriate scoring and tracking settings, export, and upload to the LMS. And who says the video has to match the voice? Conclusion.
