My client recently posted completed projects, which look great in preview and exported in HTML5, but once it is posted to the client site the TOC is missing the visual formatting and text captions are absent. I am unfamiliar with the coding behind Captivate so any help in that area or any suggestions in general would be greatly appreciated.

TOC issue is very strange…. never did see that. Those settings are part of the theme. Which theme did you use, and is this a theme created in this version of Captivate?As for the ‘captions’ (sure they are no shapes?): does the LMS support JSON mime type?BTW: which version are you using? Give full version number, please, as found under Help, About Captivate.
