Campari EdApp partnership

We are proud to partner with Campari Group to help provide valuable training material to power the hospitality industry through this challenging COVID-19 climate. In response to the industry’s devastating circumstances, Campari is leveraging the EdApp platform so that their hundreds of global brand ambassadors, known as ‘Camparistas’, can access Campari’s learning content straight from their mobile devices. This important information is also accessible to Campari’s vast network of trade partners and hospitality workers alike starting in Vietnam and extending throughout Southeast Asia.

Shaken Not Broken program combines Campari's initiative with EdApp's agility

Camparistas typically conduct face-to-face training to trade partners throughout various hospitality venues. With the rise of COVID-19, in-person interactions are obviously no longer an option. To act quickly, we teamed up with Campari and helped by hosting their Campari Academy Online content on the EdApp platform. Within a matter of days, Campari created and launched its new program, Shaken Not Broken, where a limitless amount of Campari team members and hospitality professionals can access and complete lessons remotely.

This partnership has proven the power of Campari’s invaluable educational initiatives along with EdApp’s agility by achieving a seamless adaptation to COVID-19’s limitations. Beyond adaptability, Campari provided hospitality in Southeast Asia with the tools they need to thrive, enabling the industry to come back stronger than ever. We have always been passionate about learning and love to see our platform helping businesses succeed, especially through challenging times like COVID-19.

During this uncertain period, the EdApp platform has supported Campari to maintain and even grow its world-class education through invaluable storytelling, product knowledge, and soft skills. Phillip Versteegen, Commercial Capabilities Manager – Asia from Campari said, “I was able to easily pick up the platform to author courseware and get it out to our Camparistas in a matter of days.” He continued, “Having mobile-accessible content allows for Campari Academy Online’s success to continue, despite the obvious challenges that COVID-19 has brought on. Beyond that, the EdApp partnership has given Campari the opportunity to help build up the hospitality industry during this taxing period.”
