We don’t have cable TV, but download or stream most of our media content over the Internet. I regularly use Facebook and Twitter and now Google +. In my house, we have multiple devices including laptops, iPhones, iPads and iTouches. My children are adept at using these technologies.

In the open source world, these projects tend to be friendlier than Google vs. Microsoft :) Sakai started in 2004 – collaboration of universities (Michigan, Indiana, Stanford, MIT, Berkeley). – And that the revenue stream is stable. Moodle stream is safe – given # of users and # of businesses. 5 schools with homegrown systems.
