The program is in its fourth year and continues to be one of the highest rated courses in the IBM leadership development track.

At IBM I am asked to think about and experiment with learning experiences that extend the physical classroom and push beyond it. Sarah Siegel is a social learning developer with the IBM Center for Advanced Learning. Despite the disappointing aspects of the experience, I remain a MOOC fan. In part, it’s my job.
