We could learn Hypercard or we could learn Toolbook. I had chosen the corporate track so I selected Toolbook. But luckily the other student that knew toolbook knew it REALLY well and I learned a lot. Again, a huge let down. I can't say that about ANY other brand of product.well except for maybe my guitars. Thank you Steve Jobs!

I am not suggesting you should buy Toolbook. Examples from By ToolBook Scroll two-thirds of the page to view some examples. The examples are Fraud Prevention and Blood Glucose, but it will give you an idea. link] View Toolbook version to publish the iPhone content online. Personally, I am glad Toolbook provides this.

The actual advertisement wouldn’t have the same images repeating over and over and may have spoken words instead of text onscreen, but this mock-up would be, in most cases, enough to sell the idea of the advertisement and coordinating motivational elements that would be in the course.

There are those who think that’s a bad thing—one suggestion I’ve seen is replacing “HTML5” with “ NEWT ” when it’s being used to encompass more than the markup language—and while I like the idea (and the acronym), I don’t really consider it desirable to throw more jargon into the mix. Will my learners be able to see it? It depends.

However, it all settled down to roughly Toolbook, Authorware and IconAuthor. I have no idea if/how this ties to training standards, but it may be the case that elements of eLearning 2.0 When CBT (CD-ROM based multimedia training) came out, there were a lot of different authoring tools and approaches that came along with it.

SumTotal Toolbook 11 – the irony here is that one of their resellers enables you to buy the product and shows not only the pricing for it, but also various plugins you can get and its pricing. Personal Favs include. Customer Service. I can honestly say that customer service in the authoring tool world has gone downhill.
