Equally they failed often on the “real world” learning, instead utilizing OJT (which IMO has flaws) and in ILT never really got it. Getting back to the whole 70-20-10 item, you have to remember that back then ILT was the dominating factor and paper ruled. After the question is posted, whomever answers first is the mentor.
