When I am attempting to use the VR program, I just get a white square. Sound works, but that is about it. I tried watching the preview/tutorial thing at introduction but it won’t play.
It will, however work, as soon as I undock my laptop from the station and start it again. It will also continue to work after I dock it back on again. If I close it, then I have to repeat what I just did because it will just produce a white square if I do not.
All updates are done, all specs met. Tried it on several computers with the same issue. Will not present image when docked, but will after it has been docked with image already present.
IT is scratching their heads trying to figure this out. Is there a setting we are missing that will allow us to view the image when docked to start?

It has been more than one week since I tried to help you. Please, can you tell if your problem has been solved. If yes, how did you solve it. That could help other users looking for answers to a similar question.
Have seen similar problems posted on forum when using some docking station. Was solved by uninstalling an app linked with it. Not sure that is also the case for the display of VR images.
